Dovetail Joinery
Let’s talk about how we cut dovetails and tell the stories of our first dovetails. Then some discussion about variations on dovetail joinery like half blinds, sliding dovetails, miter dovetails, and full blind dovetails. Plus when to use them and how they compare strengthwise with other joints like box joints. Special thanks for the dovetail related questions from Brodie and Brandon

Great show as always. Regarding the use of bench mats to protect pieces from damage during final sanding, do you know where I might be able to get one that is made from silicone, preferably blue color? 🙂
